The Healing Power of the Voice.
Discover and experiment with the endless potential of your unique voice.
The voice is one of our most primal ways to connect and exchange vitality and aliveness with others and the world around us. In our current culture using the voice has become often associated with performing or asserting opinions, but the power in our voice goes so much deeper than that.
This retreat is an invitation to connect with our intuition and discover the ways our voices reflect our conscious and unconscious selves. We will experience how to confidently bring forth what we truly wish to communicate.
Participants will explore the theme of individual expression in harmony with one’s self and others through reflections in nature, self-reflection exercises and creative self-expression in the form of improv vocalization, circle-singing, movement, storytelling, and interactive art experiments that embody our voices and ourselves.
