Discover and experiment with the endless potential of your unique voice.
Our voices are a unique expression of who we are and one of our most primal ways of connecting and exchanging vitality and aliveness with others and the world around us. In our current culture using the voice has become often associated with performing or asserting opinions. This is an invitation to explore our voices as tools to share ourselves with others and to learn from each other and to create a place of community where all voices count.
In this workshop we will discover the ways our voices reflect our conscious and unconscious selves and how to confidently bring forth what we truly wish to communicate with our voice.
Participants will explore the theme of individual expression in harmony with one’s self and others through reflections in nature, self-reflection exercises and creative self-expression in the form of improv vocalization, circle-singing, movement, storytelling, and interactive art experiments that embody our voices and ourselves.
