Class Overview
Who: All 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th graders regardless of home address or school affiliation
What: Six-day professionally-led themed creative and movement classes broken into grade-appropriate activities
When: Session 1: July 21, 22, 23, 28, 29, 30 from 9:00am-11:30am
Session 2: August 4, 5, 6, 11, 12, 13 from 9:00am-11:30am
Where: Nuestra Casa, 253 W 15th St, Holland, MI 49423
Why: To build strength in body, mind, and purpose while igniting each student's unique potential.
How: Dynamic physical activities, creative exploration and self-expression, guided self-reflection, mindfulness practices, storytelling, play, and immersion in nature

Overview
IGNITE is a youth empowerment program designed to ignite movement, creativity, and self-discovery in youth. Through dynamic physical activities, creative self-expression, and guided self-reflection, students build strength in body, mind, and purpose while igniting their unique potential. Led by 2 professionals with backgrounds in art, engineering, and neuroscience, IGNITE offers a safe, inclusive space where young people feel seen, supported, and inspired. The program encourages them to lead with confidence, creativity, authenticity, and compassion. By integrating movement and mental health, IGNITE helps youth rise above challenges and step into a future defined by possibility.
