We empower students ages 7 - 22 to connect with their authentic selves and their limitless potential.
Intentionally and by design, our programs benefit the mental health and wellbeing of our students. Through mindfulness practices, artistic self-expression, connection with nature, and by creating a space free of judgment and full of freedom and trust, The Epicenter liberates students and provides them with a unique experience of self-exploration and self-discovery. This experience calms, centers, and grounds students.
At The Epicenter, we are a community of empowered, mindful creators who have the courage to be what they are.
All sessions are led by a Harvard- and Brown-educated neuroscientist and a former mechanical engineer. Collectively, they bring years of experience in neuroscience, consciousness research, art installation design, environmental exploration, and introspective program development to The Epicenter sessions.
