Welcome to The Epicenter

We empower students ages 7 - 22 to connect with their authentic selves and their limitless potential.
Our programs benefit the mental health and wellbeing of our students. Through mindfulness practices, self-reflection, creative self-expression, and immersion in nature, The Epicenter empowers students and provides them with a unique experience of self-exploration and self-discovery. This experience calms, centers, and grounds students.

At The Epicenter, we are a community of empowered, mindful creators who have the courage to be what they are.

All sessions are led by a Harvard- and Brown-educated neuroscientist and a former mechanical engineer. Collectively, they bring years of experience in neuroscience, consciousness research, art installation design, environmental exploration, and introspective program development to The Epicenter sessions. You can read more about them here.

After experiencing our sessions...

89%  of students report an increase in confidence.
94% of students feel they can freely express themselves in class.
86% of students made a new friend.
95% of students feel more connected to people they already knew / friends they already had.
In addition, our data show that K-12 students experience a statistically significant reduction in anxiety and a statistically significant increase in confidence in themselves and in their self-expression.
