A GUIDE TO OSOM VIDEOS & ACTIVITIES

We ask open-ended questions, using the natural world as inspiration for uncovering answers - and asking more questions - in our own way. EXPLORATIONS & DISCOVERIES

Explorations & Discoveries present an open-ended question for children to explore. The videos provide some guidance on how to start the exploration, but no directions are given on how to proceed from there, nor are there any 'right' answers.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR GETTING THE MOST OUT OF THE VIDEOS

Although you're welcome to watch the videos however you choose, we recommend:
  • Watching the first one with your child or students
  • Doing the suggested exploration or discovery after each video
  • Allowing space between each video for thoughtful reflection and further engagement
  • Following the suggested order for Explorations & Discoveries, as the videos build on each other
