Overview

Throughout the week, students will be immersed in as many aspects of the creative process as possible. Although each session focuses on a different theme, all classes incorporate mindfulness practices, movement, reflection, storytelling, play, writing, painting, sculpture, drawing, music, and immersion in nature to encourage exploration and self-expression. Students have agency over what they create and are encouraged to use their imagination to go beyond what they think is possible.

By the end of the week, students will have become powerful, mindful creators, able to use multiple languages to express themselves. They will not only see their own inner power, they'll also experience their collective power as a group.
