The Epicenter offers therapeutic personal, individual guidance sessions for children, adolescents, and adults. We provide an experience of empowerment while working on the topics that are most pressing at the moment. We've guided people through moments of crisis (e.g., family, work, medical, etc), assisted with questions about what to do after high school and/or college, worked through doubts, fears, and insecurities, and deconstructed limiting thought patterns. These sessions are powerful, transformative, and tailored to each individual. We recommend setting aside time after the session for quiet reflection. While sessions may make use of creative self-expression, such as art, they are not instructive in art or other mediums.

Sessions may be booked for 30 minutes, 60 minutes, or 90 minutes. They may be booked as often as needed.

The Epicenter also offers private sessions for groups of children and adults. We have worked with homeschool groups and companies alike to create customized single-day and multi-day sessions.
