Our sessions empower students to connect with their true potential. We focus on awareness of self, others, and the natural environment. All of our sessions will focus on mindfulness and artistic self-expression in a setting that is free of expectations and judgment.

Unleashed Los Angeles - Winter/Spring 2026
California here we come! We are expanding our programming back to the state where it all started and could not be more excited. We will be running four programs within Los Angeles Unified School District starting February 2026. More details coming very soon!
